What you’ll be doing:
As a Global Innovation Specialist, you will help shape the future of beauty at Avon by guiding products through the innovation and NPD process from concept to launch. You will collaborate with chemists, technical experts, designers, engineers, and brand teams worldwide, ensuring projects stay on track, meet quality standards, and support exciting consumer experiences.
Key responsibilities:
* Developing new make‑up products and launches aligned to brand and category strategies.
* Driving innovation projects through the NPD process, tracking milestones, timelines, and costs.
* Working with suppliers to explore new technologies, formulas, and trends to raise quality and performance.
* Analysing market, consumer, competitor, financial, and research data to inform product decisions.
* Partnering with cluster and brand teams to secure buy‑in, forecasts, and market alignment.
* Supporting portfolio planning by recommending launch priorities, deletions, and market rollouts.
* Conducting competitor analysis and market deep dives to protect and grow brand share.
* Collaborating across the global matrix to continuously improve innovation capabilities and execution.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience working in a marketing or innovation role, ideally within new product development.
* A degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or a related field.
* Strong organisational, analytical, and time‑management skills.
* Confidence working with data and translating insights into clear recommendations.
* Interest or experience in beauty or make‑up categories.
* Ability to work effectively across multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
* Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
* Fluency in English and strong skills in Microsoft Office tools.
