We’re looking for a Content Designer to join our Digital function, helping shape the words and structures that bring our digital journeys to life for millions of UK breakdown cover customers. Location: London (hybrid working 3 office days per week)

What I’ll be doing
* Designing and refining user journeys and product landing pages that are clear, compliant and conversion focused.
* Collaborating with product designers, developers, CRO and compliance colleagues to create joined-up, user-first experiences.
* Using insights from user research and data to inform content decisions and continuously improve digital journeys.
* Communicating clearly and empathetically with stakeholders across the business, adapting your message to suit different audiences.
* Applying Agile principles and working in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team.
What I need
* Experienced in content design, UX writing or similar, with a strong grasp of UX principles, accessibility and inclusive design.
* Proven ability to collaborate across disciplines, including working with compliance and CRO teams to create content that’s both effective and regulatory compliant.
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement, with clear, confident and adaptable communication that builds trust and influence.
* Naturally empathetic, designing with care and always considering the user’s perspective.
* Curious and forward-thinking, with an interest in AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance content design.
* Comfortable in agile, fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities while staying focused on user and business outcomes.
