MAK Jobs is recruiting a dedicated and ambitious Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator to join our team. Location: Rugby Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 per annum Working Hours: 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday (flexibility is essential) The Role: Screen CVs and applications to identify suitable candidates. Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate suitability. Answer incoming calls and emails professionally. Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal records. Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms. Greet office visitors and direct phone calls as necessary. Update internal systems with a high degree of accuracy. Assist colleagues whenever necessary to ensure smooth operations. Perform document checks to ensure compliance with all legal requirements. Reference candidates as part of the recruitment process. Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and activities. Undertake general office and administrative duties as required. About You: Excellent communication skills with the ability to gain peoples confidence and put them at ease. Ability to cope under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Proficient IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
