Working in our Children’s Homes means being part of a young person’s day-to-day life. We are there for the high highs and low lows, helping young people reclaim their childhood and build pathways to become well-rounded adults. Our team leaders deliver rewarding outcomes and celebrate the small moments that feel like huge victories.

Our homes support young people with social, emotional and mental health needs, aiming to create the best possible outcomes. Team leaders are motivated by the impact of even the smallest positive changes and celebrate the little things.


Role Overview

* Take care of young people day to day ensuring smooth operation and lasting memories.
* Support the staff team and maintain high standards.
* Deputise for the Registered and Deputy Managers when required.
* Build compassionate, resilient, and supportive relationships with young people and inspire colleagues.


Benefits

* Base salary of £35,400 - £42,664.
* Up to 3 sleep-ins per month paid £80 per sleep (£2,880 per year) plus an attendance allowance up to £1,400 per year.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Can-do team player with a willingness to help.
* Honesty, empathy, and genuine care for young people and colleagues.
* Resilience to handle challenging situations.
* Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
* Level 3 Children’s Residential Care qualification.
