Job Description
Dedicated manufacturing operator to assist in the smooth running of their day-to-day operations. This role involves manual work, working with a variety of equipment and machinery to ensure the efficient production of in-house products.
What you will be doing:
* Operate in compliance with health & safety guidelines.
* Maintain clean and tidy work areas
* Follow and understand technical drawings, SOP’s and Process specifications
* Check, mark-up and lift nylon on liners
* Operating a RF welder
* Use different adhesives and lacquer to bond fittings and Kevlar
* Prepare and fit tanks into Media/ICY
* Strip and rebuild of jiffy’s/formers
* Lacquer and stencil tanks
* Recording production data/information as required
* Attention to detail
* Understanding of technical documents
* Reliable and punctual
* Able to work well within a team
* Good dexterity

* Prior experience in a manufacturing or similar environment
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Physical capability to handle manual tasks and operate machinery
* Willingness and desire to learn new skills
* Communications skills
