SALARY: £32,500 per annum plus Bonus + Benefits

Your duties as a Restaurant General Manager include:

* Deliver a Consistent Customer Experience through ensuring safe and legal day to day operations
* Grow the Brand, Sales and Profits through controlling Profit & Loss
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
* Have previous restaurant / retail and people management experience
* Ability to identify, recruit and hire exceptional talent
* Demonstrated leadership skills with success in People Development
* Ability to champion individual and team recognition efforts

* Proven ability to strategize and implement improvements based off P&Ls
* Digitally driven with proficiency and interest using various tools and platforms

* Strong understanding of restaurant maintenance programs and implementation
