The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a Banking and Finance Legal Director with 8 plus years PQE to join a high performing and growing Birmingham team. You will work on a broad range of sophisticated financing transactions, including drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documentation, intercreditor arrangements and managing conditions precedent processes. The role also involves advising on issues arising during live lending transactions and supporting clients through complex funding structures. The team acts for leading financial institutions, private credit funds and major investors across a range of sectors.
