an extremely important part of the business is ensuring we have a well-trained and organised operations team that delivers great service to all our customers.
Proven experience with Vegan & Healthy options
Stock management including ordering stock from appointed suppliers and price-checking suppliers regularly
Detailed food & allergies knowledge
General kitchen & bar duties
Maintaining kitchens, stock and equipment with high cleaning standards
Preparing food
Your skills:
Previous experience as a sous
Exceptional communication and presentational skills
An ability to think on your feet whilst under pressure and maintaining a positive outlook
Excellent attention to detail
Be fully accountable for the performance of our food service
Ensure excellent presentation, cleanliness and hygiene
Proven passion for working in a fast-paced environment..
A desire to keep learning and help out wherever needed.
