This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Development Solicitor to work on high‑profile residential and commercial development projects, advising some of the UK’s most prominent developers, investors, land promoters, and estates. The Role The successful candidate will take a senior position within a well‑established development team, handling a broad range of real estate development and investment matters, including: Residential and commercial development projects Strategic land transactions Options and promotion agreements Collaboration and joint‑venture agreements Single Family Housing (SFH) Build to Rent (BTR) schemes Affordable housing projects Investment and regeneration matters You will work closely with colleagues across planning, construction, corporate and finance teams, providing commercially focused, pragmatic advice throughout the lifecycle of complex development schemes.
