We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Service Contract Coordinator to join our team in Enfield.
The Service Contract Coordinator will be responsible for managing and overseeing service contracts for our fleet of Volvo trucks, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a customer-centric approach.
Experience of working within the motor vehicle industry, preferably a background from working within a commercial industry.

* Excellent Administration Skills with attention to detail along with presentation skills
* Excellent communication skills at all levels both written and verbally.
* To be able to work in an organised & methodical manner ensuring that all daily tasks are completed.
* Enjoy and have the ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
* Negotiation skills – gain agreement on proposed course of action (Win/Win.)
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
* An understanding of Operators Licence Laws and Regulations
Responsibilities
* Solve any contract queries including novation’s
* Provide POC/CQ advice for TSE’s when required
* Follow up on any Contract sales leads and work to close the sale
* Monitor excess mileage charges and carry out reviews in conjunction with VFS
* Ensure all outstanding contracts are loaded by VFS in the timely manner.
* Ensure that Salesforce is kept up to date with regards to contact detail etc
* Offer contract extensions to existing customers in our contract portfolio
* Support the contract hire returns in conjunction with designated responsible at each Dealerpoint.
* Organise and arrange Teams call on a regular basis to ensure the process is being adhered to.
* Anticipate workload based on forward plan / resources and provide active support to handle workload.
* Actively participate in the Contracts Review meetings.
* Work in accordance with Volvo Group UK standards of health, safety, quality and environmental care.
* Any other duties that may be reasonably requested by your manager
