Overview
As part of our Consultancy Support Services Team, you will deliver efficient administrative support, fostering strong relationships with clients and supporting our engineering and pricing teams.
Responsibilities
* Manage the end‑to‑end contract process: issuing quotes, reviewing invoices, and resolving customer queries.
* Plan inspections for engineers and clients.
* Create purchase orders and ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
* Handle mailbox queries and maintain exceptional customer service.
* Develop expertise in best practices across core tasks and business areas.
* Collaborate closely with Head Office Engineers, Field Engineers and the Strategic Pricing Team.
Qualifications
* Strong administration and customer service skills, with proven experience resolving queries.
* Experience working in a fast‑changing environment with adaptability.
* Experience interacting with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
* Proficiency in data entry into computer systems, preferably a CRM.
* Excellent time‑management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
