The Laboratory Technician
The Laboratory Technician assists the team in executing Xenith’s annual quality control testing requirements and supports research and developmental testing. They utilize time management, communication, and problem-solving skills to meet testing requirements with accuracy and efficiency. They have a focus on attention to detail and work to improve processes every day. The Laboratory Technician works closely with the product team, as well as technical and quality support team members as needed.
Responsibilities
1. Support all daily testing tasks in the laboratory
2. Maintain test equipment to ensure proper functionality and longevity
3. Maintain overall organization and cleanliness in the laboratory
4. Provide support in training new lab technicians to test to NOCSAE and NAERA standards
5. Provide support on quality inspections, product warranty, and returns
6. Support engineering team in all concept prototyping builds for future development
7. Support lab/engineering in both test fixture and test machine designs and creation to achieve test requirements for both current and new concepts
Qualifications
* Experience in data analysis and processing
* Strong mechanical repair/troubleshooting and working skills
* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
* Excellent communication skills
* Detail-oriented and proactive team player
Must be a Canadian Citizen
Benefits
* Salary Range $54K – 70K CAD

* 20 Days (4 weeks) of paid time off per year, accruing at roughly 6 hours every bi-weekly paycheck
