Role Summary: We're looking for an Accounts Assistant who can build strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners. This position is a central support role within the Finance function of the Business Unit, requiring someone who is approachable, professional, and confident when handling queries. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for supplier enquiries related to invoices and payments.
Investigate and resolve unmatched (parked) invoices.
Work closely with stakeholders to streamline accounts payable processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Prepare and distribute key performance indicator (KPI) reports on a daily and weekly basis.
Conduct regular reconciliations of supplier statements.
Support month-end processes, including accruals and prepayments linked to outstanding purchase orders and invoices.
