Full Job Description
Contract: Permanent
Location: Surrey (2 days in the office, 3 days from home)
Alexander Lloyd is delighted to support an SME in the professional services sector in recruiting an HR Advisor specializing in Employee Relations.
Joining a HR team of 6, this role will be responsible for HR Generalist duties and primarily managing all Employee Relations (ER) queries. You will provide advice and guidance to various stakeholders across different business lines and be responsible for up-skilling staff and conducting seminars on Employee Relations and UK Employment Law.
This role is more client-facing and consultancy-oriented, requiring the ability to build long-lasting, strong relationships with multiple stakeholders and adapt to meet different needs.
You will need:
1. Excellent knowledge of ER and UK Employment Law
2. Ability to build relationships with different stakeholders
3. Several years of experience at Advisor/HRBP level
4. Confidence to present webinars and hold seminars on ER issues
5. Proactivity in attending Employment Law events and organizing training sessions to upskill clients
This organization offers a hybrid working model: 2 days in the office (Tuesday and Thursday in Surrey) and 3 days from home.
The salary range is £45,000 - £55,000 DOE.
