You will Create a warm, welcoming and lasting impression for every guest Manage the full guest journey from pre-arrival to post-stay with care and precision Build genuine relationships with guests, especially VIPs and repeat visitors Provide attentive, natural and friendly service that reflects Nobu standards Answer guest enquiries and follow up promptly and professionally Maintain a tidy, presentable reception area with all necessary materials Be immaculately presented in correct uniform at all times Use OPERA proficiently to capture and manage guest information Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised, crafted experiences Handle cashiering duties securely and manage a personal float accurately Resolve issues swiftly and empathetically, logging and following up as needed Support and train new team members, fostering a collaborative environment Liaise effectively with all departments, especially Rooms Division Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for service improvement Uphold safety procedures and ensure secure access via the reception desk Embody Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro in every interaction What We’re Looking For You bring experience in a front of house or guest-facing role, ideally within a luxury hotel setting.
