About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, creative and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our growing Talent function. In this role, you will play a key part in building strong talent pipelines and maintaining accurate recruitment data across our systems. If you're organised, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping great candidates connect with great opportunities, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively source and engage potential candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and our internal talent database
* Build and maintain talent pools for critical and high-volume roles
* Screen candidate profiles to assess basic role fit and readiness
* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to understand hiring priorities and skills needed across the business
Data Entry & System Management
* Maintain accurate candidate and vacancy data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
* Track and update recruitment metrics, sourcing activity, and candidate progress
* Ensure all documentation and records comply with internal processes and data protection requirements
Administrative Support
* Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers as needed
* Support with job advert posting and coordination of EVP campaigns
* Assist in reporting as required
What We’re Looking For
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
* Confident using recruitment tools and technology (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Excel)
* Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative roles is preferred but not essential
