About the Role
This is a bank position that requires flexibility across various locations and corporate sites to cover our School Aged Flu immunisation programme.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the team to facilitate the smooth continuity of service delivery
* Deliver effective, evidence-based care to patients
* Assess, plan, implement, audit, and evaluate nursing practices
* Facilitate training and participate in clinical supervision and performance development
* Work within regulatory compliance standards, including CQC, NaTHNaC, PHE, or PHS as applicable
* Assist in assessing clinical competencies and mentoring clinical staff
* Report, monitor, and process clinical incidents, near misses, and complaints
* Participate in audits and share outcomes with the team
* Contribute actively to team meetings and support management
Mandatory training includes Safeguarding for Children, BLS, Anaphylaxis, and Infection Control. A DBS criminal record check is also required.
