Your impact
We have a fantastic new opportunity to help define and deliver the next generation of Electronic Warfare (EW) Sensing and Integrated Defensive Aids Suite (IDAS) products to our customers.
You will provide product leadership to the business. Working within the EW Capability / CTO team, you will be responsible for developing EW Sensing and IDAS product strategy, matching products and technologies with customer needs, defining the future product roadmaps, managing the related company Private Venture (PV) investment and Intellectual Property (IP), and providing technical support to business winning and partnering activities.
You will also work closely with the Chief Technologist to ensure that future Sensing and IDAS capability requirements are fed into our technology research programmes.
What you'll bring
Degree educated, or equivalent, you'll bring a strong technical background in RF system design and/or operation, ideally with product management &/or strategy experience.
You will also have a passion for working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver results.
Finally, you'll be comfortable and effective communicating complex technical and business details in an accessible manner to a wide range of senior internal and external stakeholders.
This is not an exhaustive list, and we are keen to hear from you even if you might not have experience in all the above. The most important skill is a good attitude and willingness to learn.
