Excellent opportunity available for a Project Architect to join a thriving medium sized Architectural Studio in the heart of Sheffield city centre.
This practice has undergone something of an evolution over the last couple of years and through consistent periods of organic growth they have quickly established themselves as one of the go-to Architectural Brands in Sheffield.
They offer a proper cross sector portfolio of work to include a mixture of Education, Health, Energy, Life Science and Commercial projects which makes them a hugely robust and secure business. The team is made up of a mixture of Architects, Designers, and Technicians and they employ circa 30 professionals. Culturally they offer an empowering and grown up working environment and testament to their strong team ethos, the Sheffield office regularly enjoy social events and fundraising challenges.
The successful Project Architect will be overseeing numerous projects simultaneously and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day practices. The project work is focussed on multiple jobs all at varying stages, you will receive exposure to work at both the conceptual / design early stages and also technical delivery and job running on site, therefore a rounded experienced Project Architect would suit this role perfectly. The practice are 100% REVIT based so a working knowledge of REVIT & strong BIM capabilities is absolutely essential to be considered.
In order to be considered for this Project Architect role, we are hoping for candidates to meet the following criteria:
* Architectural Practice background and tohold a relevant Architectural qualification (ARB, RIBA)
* Minimum 3- 5 years post Part 3 experience.
* Previous experience across multiple sectors.
* Proficiency in REVIT with a good understanding of BIM.
* Proven ability to manage and oversee projects from inception to completion.
* Experienced at working across all RIBA stages.
* Job Running & Site delivery experience.
* Excellent communication, presentation and client facing skills.
The successful Project Architect will receive a generous salary and competitive benefits package in the region of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum plus benefits.
The position is office based with the option of hybrid working 2 days per week from home
