The role
Our Service Advisors Coordinate Between Our Workshop And Customers To Provide Our Customers With Excellent Service And Knowledge. As a Service Advisor You Will Be
* Providing a warm welcome to customers and booking in vehicles.
* Identifying customers' requirements and where possible, supplying an accurate fully inclusive costing.
* Monitoring workshop hours, to provide an efficient service to customers
* Giving customers a full explanations of work carried out, making the most of any additional selling opportunities.
* Carrying out administration such as producing job cards, invoices, estimates, and updating customer's accounts.
About You
You will need:
* Customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills and warm telephone manner
* Ability to multi-task within a busy environment
* Comfortable using different computer systems
* Automotive background, or Service Advisor experience, highly desirable
Location
Matford Way, Exeter
Salary
Dependent on experience and qualifications to be discussed at interview
Hours
Monday to Friday with Saturday on a Rota
