This role supports a business owner in two businesses: a coaching and mentoring business and a training business.
Claire Lockey Coaching: An online Coaching and Mentoring business supporting service-based women in business to monetise, market and sell their skills and expertise to build happy, profitable and sustainable businesses.
The Skills Blueprint Ltd: A skills-focused training company helping people become more skills-aware, self-aware, and self-assured personally and professionally.
About You
We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, professional individual with excellent communication skills to support the business owner and director.
The ideal candidate will have experience in administration and marketing roles and the ability to take the initiative and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Tasks:
* Support the owner in the delivery of a local training contract
* Liaise with learners throughout the course
* Keep track of learner attendance and update records
* Create learner records and ensure folders are up to date
* Support with compliance paperwork and returns
* Client management within Slack channel
* Support with onboarding clients into 1:1 coaching and group programmes
Marketing Tasks:
* Support with website maintenance, updates, and SEO
* Email marketing - support with creating and sending emails and newsletters
* Creating social media posts and graphics using Canva
* Repurposing content to share across social media platforms
Objectives:
* Support the owner in raising visibility in the online space
* Be responsible for the administration of the funded learning contract
* Support the owner to prioritise tasks and stay on track
Requirements:
* Marketing and Administration experience of at least one year
* Experience in using Canva
* Excellent written skills
* Creative personality with an eye for design
* Ability to manage own time and use initiative
* Strong communication skills

Schedule of work:
* Role to begin w/c 19th August
* £13.82 per hour - 16 hours per week
* Monday to Thursday - 4 hours per day 10am - 2pm
* Eight-month fixed-term contract from 19th August to the end of March 2025
