Responsibilities

* Strategic Leadership: Create and present annual business plans and co-operative marketing strategies to deliver growth and KPIs.
* Account Management: Act as the primary contact for your portfolio of travel agent partners, building senior‑level relationships and ensuring P&O Cruises has a strong share of voice.
* Sales Delivery: Develop tactical sales plans, monitor performance, and implement training initiatives to empower frontline sales teams.
* Commercial & Budget Management: Negotiate commercial terms, manage incentive programmes, and oversee marketing budgets to ensure ROI and compliance.
* Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK07, offered as a full‑time position, on a permanent basis, we offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.


Qualifications

* A proven track record in driving incremental sales and distribution while maintaining brand integrity.
* Strong relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
* Leadership experience, with the ability to coach and inspire others.
* Commercial acumen and confidence in negotiation and decision‑making.
* Knowledge of the travel/cruise industry and relevant trade partnerships desirable.
* Experience of B2B sales desirable.
