Due to increasing demand within our partner settings, we are now seeking dedicated SEN Cover Supervisors to join our supply team. The Role We are recruiting several SEN Cover Supervisors to work full time on a temporary basis within a large all-through special educational needs provision. While this is initially a supply role, opportunities for permanent positions may become available for the right individuals. Key responsibilities include: Delivering pre-prepared lessons to small class groups from KS1 through to Post-16 Providing consistent classroom supervision and maintaining a calm, structured environment Supporting pupils with a range of needs including ASD, SEMH, communication difficulties, sensory needs and moderate to severe learning difficulties Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists and support staff Adjusting activities, routines and behaviour strategies to meet individual learning needs Building trusting relationships that promote engagement, independence and safety Pupil Profile...
