About the role
As the Senior Finance Manager, Independent Trade & Pharma, you will be at the forefront of transforming and continuously improving our global processes for Distributor and Pharma channels. Your mission is to design and maintain standard global end-to-end trade processes, ensuring efficiency, simplification, and risk management. You will support major process changes driven by ERP implementations and other trade systems, engaging with local teams to identify improvement and standardisation opportunities. Your role is pivotal in owning global process changes and driving continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities
1. Own and drive transformation, continuous improvement, efficiency, and simplification of the global process for Distributor and Pharma channels.
2. Design and maintain standard global end-to-end trade processes for Reckitt.
3. Ensure risks are managed throughout the end-to-end process.
4. Support the embedding of major process changes driven by ERP or other trade systems.
5. Engage with local teams to identify improvement and standardisation opportunities.
6. Develop the transformation roadmap for the trade process and drive it to completion.
7. Partner with the controls team to ensure the trade process is scalable, repeatable, and efficient end-to-end.
8. Drive process standardisation, simplification, innovation, and automation.
The experience we're looking for
9. Demonstrable in-depth knowledge and understanding of trade processes.
10. Knowledge of trade-related processes in SAP, particularly O2C and finance.
11. Experience working in a transformation programme and driving significant change through a global business process.
12. Operational business experience in the sales finance area (ideally 8+ years).
13. Experience working in large-scale transformation programmes that are multi-country.
14. Experience working in a complex, matrix organisation with a global scope. FMCG experience is desirable but not essential.
15. Strong business analytical skills.
16. Demonstrable ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders and multicultural audiences.
