Were looking for an organised and proactive HR Assistant to support the HR Manager across a broad range of HR activities, with a strong focus on coordinating training across the business.
This is a varied role where youll work closely with line managers to ensure smooth delivery of employee training, while also supporting key HR processes and providing day-to-day guidance to employees and managers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and schedule training programmes across the business, ensuring cost-effective delivery
* Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects
* Provide first-line guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment matters
* Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation
* Act as a key contact for Occupational Health coordination
* Support absence management tracking and reporting
* Assist with recruitment activities, including interviews and onboarding documentation
* Prepare regular HR reports (e.g. headcount, absence, training)
* Liaise with payroll, external providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations
