Job Description
* Define, lead, and deliver the FGFS marketing strategy and measure its effectiveness.
* Create, lead, and drive customer communications that improve KPIs, enhance commercial performance, and maximize ROI.
* Continuously develop and improve multi-channel marketing by leveraging relevant data and technology.
* Lead and foster a high-performance culture within the business unit, maximizing the potential of team members.
* Identify, build, and maintain key internal and external stakeholder relationships to meet marketing strategic objectives.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience designing and executing complex multi-channel marketing strategies (traditional and digital).
* Deep knowledge of digital marketing.
* Experience in retail (catalogue/e-commerce), gaming, and/or financial services sectors.
* Understanding of print/publications (desirable).
* Proven track record of leading transformation and growth initiatives.
* Experience managing suppliers and agencies to deliver value and ROI.
* Proficient in using social media platforms.
* Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting test results.
