This is an excellent chance to get involved in top-tier property transactions for a broad range of clients, including major investors, developers, and corporate occupiers.The TeamYou’d be joining a strong and well-structured Real Estate team consisting of Associates, Senior Associates, Legal Directors and Partners. The team works collaboratively across the UK and supports clients on every aspect of property law — from acquisitions and disposals to lettings, development and ongoing asset management. Knowledge sharing and cross-office collaboration are very much part of the culture.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvising on a full range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, lettings and asset managementDrafting, reviewing and negotiating leases, contracts and related documentationManaging transactions end-to-end and delivering work to high standards under deadlineBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsContributing to business development initiatives and supporting the wider growth of the teamSkills & Experience RequiredQualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 6+ years’ PQE in real estateExperience supervising or mentoring junior colleaguesProven business development experienceStrong technical knowledge of property transactions and landlord/tenant mattersExcellent drafting, communication and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple matters efficiently and under pressureCommercially focused and client-centred approachCollaborative team player with strong interpersonal skillsWhat’s in It for You?This firm offers a highly supportive culture with a genuine focus on development, performance and wellbeing.
