Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm

* Handle and respond to written parking appeals.
* Provide advice by phone when needed.
* Manage your own caseload and meet KPIs.
* Deliver accurate, professional responses every time.

* Customer service or admin experience (retail/hospitality also welcome).
* Strong written & verbal communication.
* Great attention to detail and IT skills.
