Level 4 Production Operative – Norbrook Laboratories

Location: Newry, Co. Down
Duration: Full Time, Permanent

About the Role:
Join Norbrook, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer, as a Level 4 Production Operative. In this role, you will work within a controlled manufacturing environment, producing high-quality products in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and the company’s Quality Management System. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals with experience in regulated manufacturing or the pharmaceutical industry.

Continental Shift Pattern – Work Smarter



You will work a continental shift pattern designed to give you more control over your time outside work. With 12-hour shifts and fewer working days, you’ll enjoy:

· Weekend flexibility in some weeks

Essential Criteria:

• Knowledge and understanding of basic level English and Math Skills - This will be tested internally via Assessment

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to communicate within a team and cross functionally

• Experience of completing paperwork to a high standard

• Flexibility to work varying shift patterns.

Desired Criteria

* Experience of working in pharmaceutical or food industry
* Previous experience of working in a GMP environment

Required Criteria

* 6 months manufacturing experience using regulated work instructions for quality purposes.
* Knowledge and understanding of basic level English and Math Skills. This will be tested internally via Assessment
