We are looking for a motivated Wood Machinist Apprentice to join our Construction Department. This is a great opportunity to “earn while you learn”, working towards a Level 2 Apprenticeship while gaining hands-on experience with CNC and traditional woodworking machinery.
You will learn how to:
•Operate and maintain woodworking machinery safely.
•Select, cut, and finish timber components to specification.
•Read and interpret drawings and plans.
•Apply sustainability and safe working practices in the workshop.
We’re seeking someone with a real interest in woodworking, practical skills, and the motivation to succeed. GCSEs in English and Maths are desirable, but support will be provided if not yet achieved.
