What you'll do

1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service—respond to queries, champion Co-op products and Membership, and deliver a great shopping experience.
2. Support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members, making everyone's day better.
3. Ensure the store is safe and legal—keep shelves stocked, prices, dates, and temperatures accurate.
4. Introduce new products and services—share experiences with colleagues to facilitate learning.
5. Support your local community—get involved in activities and events.

As a Customer Team Member, you'll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your tasks include providing service at the tills and shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning. No two days are the same, but your dedication to great service remains constant. You'll also help customers find what they need, introduce them to our membership scheme, and build relationships within the community.
