TIG Welder/Fabricator
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon

A fantastic client of ours are looking for a skilled TIG welder/fabricator to join their team on an initial 3-month contract with the opportunity to extend to permanent employment. This role involves producing high-quality stainless steel BBQ grills for commercial and residential use, including bespoke, top-chef-designed custom builds.

Key Responsibilities:
* Fabricate and assemble components to specifications
* Perform TIG welding tasks (primarily stainless steel)
* Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and manipulate materials
* Ensure all products meet quality standards through regular checks
* Perform occasional delivery drops and customer site visits
* Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace
Requirements:
* Solid TIG welding skills (essential)
* Experience with fabrication and assembly
* Proficient with hand tools and power tools
* Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations
* Experience working with sheet metal is preferred
* Strong attention to detail and quality control
* Ability to read technical drawings
* 2 years minimum TIG welding experience
* Full UK Driving license and car
Advantageous / Desirable:
* Experience operating a press brake, sheet metal guillotine, sheet metal rolls, drill press, etc.
* Purge welding process experience
* Metal finishing of work after welding
* Some assembly work from time to time (non-repetitive)
* Fitting materials or parts to finished products
