Responsibilities
* Create complicated working drawings.
* Produce technical detailing.
* Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations.
* Support the technical team on a range of Housing and Residential projects.
Qualifications
* Significant residential and housing experience.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
* Effective liaison with consultants and external clients.
* Excellent communication skills.
