What You’ll Be Doing
1. Manage and support the daily performance of your team, ensuring targets and standards are consistently met.
2. Inspire, motivate and develop individuals to reach their full potential through regular coaching, feedback and reviews.
3. Lead the onboarding and initial training of new team members, setting them up for long-term success.
4. Monitor productivity and quality, using KPIs and MI to drive continuous improvement.
5. Resolve escalated issues and ensure excellent service for both customers and suppliers.
6. Champion process improvement and play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency.
7. Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards, encouraging a safe and positive working environment.
8. Facilitate effective communication across teams and lead engaging team meetings.
