About the Role
As a Change Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing strategic change initiatives across the business. You’ll work closely with diverse teams to define, document, and improve processes that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and employee engagement.
You will bring structure and insight to transformation programmes — from process improvement and technology deployment to customer journey redesign — ensuring outcomes are delivered effectively and sustainably.
Key Responsibilities

Define and document business processes to support technology deployment and digital transformation.

Identify and drive opportunities to improve the customer journey, eliminate rekeying and hand-offs, and streamline workflows.
*
Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders across functions to embed process and cultural change.
*
Support large-scale organisational change efforts, ensuring engagement and alignment at all levels.
*
Gather, analyse, and interpret data to identify opportunities for improvement and measure change outcomes.
*
Facilitate workshops, coach teams, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
*
Partner with technology teams to ensure process design aligns with business goals and enhances employee experience.
About You
*
Proven experience in Change Management, Process Improvement, or Business Analysis roles.
*
Solid understanding of the Change Process and methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
*
Strong strong stakeholder Management skills with the ability to influence and engage across diverse teams.
*
Experience within the London Market Insurance sector is highly advantageous.
*
Certified or trained in Lean & Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or above preferred).
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
*
Proficient in process mapping and data analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Excel, Power BI).
