We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager (RGN/RMN) to support the running of a well-established nursing home. Working closely with the Home Manager, youll ensure high standards of care, compliance, and resident satisfaction while leading a committed team of staff.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide strong clinical leadership to care and nursing teams.
* Support the Home Manager with compliance, governance, and inspection standards.
* Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and quality assurance processes.
* Promote a safe, supportive, and person-centred environment.
* Supervise, mentor, and develop staff to reach their full potential.
* Take responsibility for the home in the Managers absence.
* Participate in the on-call rota alongside the Home Manager.
What Were Looking For
* Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
* Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a care home setting.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* A genuine passion for elderly care and a commitment to excellence.
Working Hours
* 40 hours per week (typically 12-hour shifts).
* Overtime available.
* Some weekend and on-call responsibilities.
