Location
The post involves working between Dumfries & Galloway Royal Infirmary and Mountainhall Treatment Centre.
Role Overview
The post holder will support and assist the Administration Services Co-ordinator by providing high-level support and line management responsibilities. They must have line management experience to support, lead, and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to negotiate with a diverse audience. The role involves day-to-day line management and supporting service redesign to improve efficiency and effectiveness of administrative services for both users and staff.

* Strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
* Experience in line management.
