Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, and managing payroll.
Duties
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Reconcile sales taxes, payroll taxes, and bank accounts
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Manage invoices and tax payments
- Assist with financial reports preparation
- Support with budget preparation
- Assist with audits by providing necessary information and data
Requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, etc.
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
- Strong data entry skills
- Relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance is desirable
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
