Pay range: £14.38 per hour. Hours: Bank – Zero hours. Shift Times: As/When needed in service.
Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring Bank Team Leader who is ready to make a positive impact at Greenhill, situated in Crickhowell. The purpose‑built service provides residential and nursing care for older people with physical frailty, and for older people living with dementia.

Job Responsibilities
* Lead by example, providing guidance and support on shift to promote best practice.
* Administer and record medication safely in line with Shaw policies and procedures.
* Report changes in residents’ needs or well‑being promptly to the Line Manager.
* Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues.
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date care plans and documentation.
Qualifications And Experience
* Experience working with older people in residential care.
* Completed or working towards an NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
* Flexible, patient, caring, organised and great with people.
* Ability to lead a team and use own initiative.
