Job description: The Role Reporting to the Field Technician Supervisor, the Field Technician will be responsible for installing and maintaining TV & Broadband monitoring equipment, including the installation of PC, Mac, and Tablet Software.

Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and remove metering equipment in panel homes.
Train and support panel members on using Kantar equipment and software.
Safely store equipment and maintain stock levels.
Log and report field activity accurately.
Maintain company vehicle in a roadworthy, clean condition.
Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and project deadlines are met.
Resolve or escalate issues with equipment or software.
Candidate Profile
We welcome applicants with experience in customer-facing roles, interest in computing, AV, telecoms, or modern technology. Knowledge of broadband, smartphones, and tablets is advantageous. Full training is provided through an intensive four-week program.
Essential Skills & Experience
Understanding of modern TV, computer, and broadband systems.
Ability to install software and follow menus on Windows.
Work independently to arrange and schedule service visits.
Team player, occasionally overnight stays may be required.
Strong customer service skills; professionalism, punctuality, and courtesy essential.
Required Attributes
Willingness to learn new technology and undergo training.
Flexibility to work in a field-based environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to use Kantar software and log data accurately.
Prepared to drive within the UK (company vehicle provided).
Flexibility for occasional overnight stays.
Full driving license (max 6 points) and C.R.B. check documentation required.
