Job Title: Senior Technical Superintendent / Fleet Manager Location: London, UK Who are we recruiting for? Our client is a growing organisation within the maritime sector, providing best-in-class commercial management services to a global fleet. They are seeking a Senior Technical Superintendent to ensure technical excellence, safety, and performance across their variety of vessels types. What will you be doing? Supporting fleet management with technical oversight and complex problem resolution Monitoring vessel performance, KPIs, and budgets to ensure commercial and operational excellence Providing proactive technical support both remotely and onboard to minimise downtime Overseeing inspections, vetting, and compliance with international safety and regulatory standards Leading and advising during repairs, incidents, and emergency response situations Are you the ideal candidate? Qualified Marine Engineer with shore-based technical experience (we can consider those who have not sailed) Dry bulk, tanker, or LPG background - Candidates with experience managing multiple vessel types are favourable. Strong opex control experience End-end dry dock execution experience Experience managing third party technical managers is a plus.
