Part-Time School Administrator – CB2 Area
Location: Cambridge (CB2)
Contract Type: Part-Time, Mon - Friday 8:30am - 1pm
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Start Date: WB 24th November 2025
Teaching Personnel are seeking an organised and professional School Administrator to join a busy and friendly school office based in the CB2 area of Cambridge.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience working in a school office or a similar administrative setting who enjoys working as part of a fast-paced and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing day-to-day administrative support to the school office and senior leadership team
* Managing tele and email enquiries from parents, staff, and external agencies
* Maintaining accurate student and staff records using school management systems (such as SIMS/Arbor)
* Supporting attendance tracking and admissions processes
* Assisting with general office duties including filing, photocopying, and correspondence
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a school office or similar administrative role is essential
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and school databases
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage competing priorities
* A DBS certificate registered on the Update Service is highly desirable, though not essential (Teaching Personnel can assist with this process if required)
