The Role:
* Managing and motivating a team of negotiators to achieve and exceed targets
* Driving branch performance across sales (and lettings if applicable)
* Winning new business and building strong local market presence
* Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met
* Overseeing negotiations and securing the best outcomes for clients
* Maintaining compliance and operational excellence
* Representing the brand with professionalism and leadership
About You:
* Proven experience as a Branch Manager
* Strong leadership and people-management skills
* Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
* Professional, proactive, and commercially minded
* Full UK driving licence
