Our client is a highly regarded, growing organisation with a strong reputation and long-standing client relationships. They are now looking to appoint a hands-on Management Accountant to support the finance function during a period of maternity cover.

If you enjoy producing management accounts and getting stuck into the day-to-day detail, this is a genuinely varied role where you'll take ownership of month-end while remaining hands-on across the finance function.
The Role
As Management Accountant, you'll be responsible for producing monthly management accounts up to review, alongside delivering transactional finance tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Preparing monthly management accounts (accruals, prepayments, journals)
2. Completing full balance sheet reconciliations (including intercompany and fixed assets)
3. Supporting VAT returns and reporting
