Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations in social housing properties
* Respond to reactive and planned works
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations
* Communicate effectively with tenants and housing staff
* Maintain accurate records of work completed
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing
* Experience in domestic plumbing, ideally within social housing
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
