Responsibilities
- Client‑centric approach: Working closely with your clients to understand their brand, objectives and target audience, developing robust relationships built on trust and respect.
- Communication: Providing prompt and clear communication at every stage, keeping clients informed of progress and challenges.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with creative and technology teams to translate client requirements into impactful audio branding solutions.
- Project management: Using data‑driven insights to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to delivery.
- Time management: Taking an organized approach ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
- Risk management: Foreseeing challenges and proactively developing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Achieving excellence: Approaching KPIs with ownership, delivering exceptional results.
- Documentation and reporting: Maintaining thorough records of client interactions, project progress and feedback.
- Continuous improvement: Seeking feedback from peers and management to enhance performance.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in a process‑driven B2B account management role.
- Unrivalled attention to detail, creativity and initiative.
- Ability to spot opportunities to increase revenue within the account base.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
