We’re offering an exciting and unique opportunity for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Club Manager to take the reins of our Club Bar and Events facility (Crows Nest) and run them with real autonomy – supported by the strategic direction of the Club’s Directors.

This role is ideal for an individual or couple that wants to grow a Bar/catering business, take ownership of performance and profit, and build a welcoming, profitable social hub for our Members and guests.

Location: New Quay Yacht Club, New Quay, Ceredigion.
\nContract: Full time employed role with performance-related bonuses
\nSalary: £19,828 basic pay (for min 1,560 hours) + significant bonus and profit-share potential
