This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Tagging Team Leader, playing a crucial role in reducing store losses. With a strong focus on increasing capacity through multiple initiatives, and we need someone to drive this forward to ensure it reaches its full potential. In this role, you will report to the warehouse leadership team while working closely with the Central Loss Team, fostering collaboration across departments with a shared commitment to reducing loss. This cross-functional position requires adaptability and a proactive approach, ensuring alignment with colleagues and business needs. We're looking for a flexible leader who can adjust to shifting priorities, support colleagues, and attend key meetings to drive improvements. Your ability to lead, problem-solve, and influence positive change will make a real impact in shaping the future of tagging and loss prevention. What you'll need to have Excellent customer focus that makes sure that we deliver the right products to the right place at the right time. Create a positive 'can do' culture. Can manage stakeholders at different levels. Can review the weekly/monthly loss KPI's and dashboards and collate data. Pre-empt any problems and take the appropriate action to deal with them. Lead and motivate a team of team members and support though any change. Maximise individuals' performance through coaching. Ensure that team members meet performance standards for quality, productivity, performance, and attendance. Deliver budgeted productivity rates and indirect hours. Own and manage the consumable budget. Ensure the team are kept engaged through effective communication and the delivery of team briefings. Collate data for your team on agreed KPIs. Ensure operational compliance with all regulatory requirements, e.g. Health & Safety, security, product safety, maintenance, cleaning. Ensure that workflow is consistent during break times. An understanding of Witron would be an advantage but not essential. The ability to understand the flow of work and plan hours accordingly.
