🚀 Interim Group Finance Business Partner (6-Month Contract)

Are you a commercially minded Finance Business Partner who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment? We're looking for an experienced finance professional to join a dynamic organisation on a 6-month contract, providing strategic financial insight and driving performance across the group.
The Role
As Group Finance Business Partner, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate, insightful financial information and acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. You'll lead budgeting and forecasting across multiple sites, support capital expenditure planning, and help shape key business decisions through meaningful financial analysis.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your insight will directly influence strategy, efficiency, and investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process across multiple business units.
Deliver timely, insightful financial reporting to guide strategic and operational decisions.
Support CapEx planning and monitoring, ensuring investments align with business priorities.
Analyse performance against budgets and forecasts, providing clear recommendations for improvement.
Partner with senior leaders and cost centre managers to drive financial accountability and efficiency.
Identify opportunities to enhance cost control and operational effectiveness across the organisation.
About You
Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).
Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner role within a multi-site or complex business environment.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling skills.
Experience supporting or managing capital expenditure projects.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Commercially astute, proactive, and passionate about driving continuous improvement.
