We are now hiring a serious commercial operator to accelerate growth across the UK market.
The Opportunity
The UK market consists of:
200 Medium retailers (£750 PCM)
50 Large retailers (£1,000 PCM)
30 Enterprise retailers (£3,000 PCM)
Our primary focus is Medium and Large accounts, with Enterprise as strategic wins.
Each deal you close generates:
Immediate upfront commission
Ongoing recurring commission
Long-term book value
This is recurring revenue sales — not one-off project work.
The Role
You will:
Prospect and close subscription deals with UK furniture retailers
Run confident commercial demos
Manage your own pipeline and CRM
Handle commercial negotiation and close
Escalate deeper technical queries to the internal team where needed
This is a growth role.
You are expected to hunt and close.
CompensationBase Salary
£25,000 per annum
Increases to £35,000 once £40,000 PCM in signed recurring revenue is achieved.
Commission
Upfront per deal:
Small (£250 PCM): £100
Medium (£750 PCM): £250
Large (£1,000 PCM): £300
Enterprise (£3,000 PCM): £750
Recurring commission:
12% of subscription value for first 12 months
No cap.
A strong performer closing 3+ deals per month will earn £90,000–£120,000+ OTE.
Performance Structure
6-month review: Minimum 15 live accounts expected
12-month review: £40k+ PCM signed revenue target
Clawback applies if a client cancels within the first 6 months due to mis-sold or premature contracts.
We reward sustainable sales, not churn.

Experienced in SaaS, digital, advertising, or subscription sales
Comfortable speaking with business owners and directors
Commercially driven and commission motivated
Confident presenting software platforms
Self-managed and disciplined with pipeline tracking
